Wayside House is a Minnesota non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with over 55 years of experience in helping women recover from addiction & mental illness, particularly women living in poverty. A full spectrum of services (including treatment, supportive housing, recovery supports and family reunification services) provides intensive long-term support for women’s recovery, mental health, and positive functioning.
Comprehensive wraparound services help women find safe and affordable housing, further their education, succeed in the workforce, parent effectively, and build a strong support structure for long-term sobriety. By building relationships and community, providing structured and safe environments, and giving women tools to handle their many challenges, Wayside House partners with women in recovery to create something new: a sober, stable, positive, and happy life.
